Request Account and Data Deletion
This page is for users of Dolphin Enterprise Solution, published by Brink's, Incorporated, to request the deletion of their accounts and associated data.
Steps to Request Deletion
- Send an email to OceanApplicationSupport@brinksinc.com or Dolphin.Enterprise@Brinks.com
- Include the following:
- Your full name
- The email address or username associated with your Dolphin Enterprise Solution account
- Request for "Account and Data Deletion"
- You will receive a confirmation within 7 business days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- User account credentials
- Associated usage logs
- Personal identifying information
Data That May Be Retained
- Transaction logs (if required by law or compliance) – retained for up to 12 months
- Audit trail metadata (non-personalized)
